About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead client relationships and drive business development efforts across North America.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the eCommerce space by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and building strategic partnerships.
At Coderapper, we build retail and eCommerce solutions, including accelerators, digital transformation services, platform development, and headless systems to some of the most prominent brands globally.
As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and product development, to ensure our solutions align with the clients' business needs.

What You’ll Do
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Drive new business development efforts by identifying and engaging prospective clients across North America. Leverage your network and industry expertise to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive value.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our eCommerce solutions, including platform development (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce), headless storefronts, and digital experience services, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track leads, manage sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Market Analysis: Stay on top of eCommerce trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and guide clients through the buying process, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: 4-5 years of sales experience in the eCommerce, digital transformation, or technology services sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- eCommerce Knowledge: Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) and headless commerce solutions.
- Business Development Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers in large organizations.
- Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the North American market and its business landscape, with an ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to drive successful client outcomes.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with a proactive approach to business development.
