About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven UI/UX Designer with a passion for eCommerce and a knack for designing conversion-focused experiences. This junior role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow.
You’ll work with our development and marketing teams to design intuitive, engaging websites and landing pages that help brands build a strong digital presence.
As our UI/UX designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting beautiful, immersive designs using Figma and Framer, with a focus on delivering both creativity and functionality.
You should have a solid understanding of eCommerce design principles, conversion optimization, and how design can impact user behavior. The ability to independently create designs in no-code tools is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do
- Design user-friendly, conversion-oriented UI/UX for eCommerce websites and landing pages.
- Utilize tools like Figma and Framer to create immersive, on-brand designs.
- Quickly prototype and develop landing pages using no-code tools like Framer, minimizing the need for developer involvement.
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Understand and implement eCommerce design best practices, focusing on optimizing user flows for conversions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, applying creative solutions to enhance the user experience.
What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with a focus on eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Figma and Framer, with experience in creating both static and interactive designs.
- Basic understanding of no-code tools for building landing pages.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and best practices for web design.
- A working knowledge of design systems and how to create scalable, reusable components.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for aesthetics and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning and experimenting with new design approaches.
